Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day where stock is available.
The majority of deliveries arrive the next business day. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to courier or operational factors outside of our control.
Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided where applicable.
Returns Policy
Returns must be pre-approved via email before being sent back. Please contact contact@nailpro.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
Items must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
After dispatch, tracking information will be sent where applicable so you can monitor your delivery.

Warranty
Electrical products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers faults under normal professional use and does not include accidental damage, misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorised repairs.
Non-electrical products are covered only if deemed defective upon inspection.
